Ernst Hommer, the founder and partner of EuroLam, on the beneficial effect of louvre windows on indoor climate.

Indoor climate

The quality of the indoor air contributes significantly to the sense of well-being of the people in the room. For this reason, rooms should always be ventilated using efficient louvre windows ventilation systems, so that the CO2 in the room air can be quickly discharged outside and the windows closed again as soon as possible.

Due to the temperature-dependent air flow conditions (stack effect) in the room and between the interior and exterior of a building, louvre windows make it possible to exchange all the room air for fresh air in the shortest possible time, without the room cooling down. This is particularly advantageous in the winter months.

Fitness for the head.

On fresh air and the ability to concentrate.

The quality of the air in a room has a significant impact on our sense of well-being, performance, ability to concentrate and our health. So, fresh air is in fact a fuel for good moods and good ideas. By using the outside air, the indoor climate is sustainably improved, energy costs are lowered and the environment is protected.
